Honey & Fire is an invitation home. Through somatic guidance, intimate storytelling, and embodied remembrance, it guides you back to your body and emotional truth, into a more authentic, alive way of being.

Can you feel the part of you that has been waiting for permission to exhale…? Some women come to this work because something has finally broken open; others because something feels broken, or because there is a clear calling stirring from within: a yearning to access a deeper sense of aliveness, a truer sense of intimacy, a more liberated self-expression, or a way of moving through the world that feels less like armour and more like home. Honey & Fire meets you wherever you are.
This is for you if you are ready to feel more, receive more, and live closer to your own essence than to the self you learnt to perform to stay safe.
Become more available to life, and let it meet you fully.
Through intimate storytelling, somatic teachings, and the kind of honesty that makes you feel less alone in your own experience, alongside questions designed to be felt rather than just answered, Sigrid guides you from the armour itself and the language of the body beneath it, through inherited patterns, grief, the wounds we carry with the masculine and the feminine, and death and rebirth... into the fullness of a life lived fiercely soft.
Honey & Fire is the book that lets you finally exhale into the life, and the self, you have been yearning for.
There is a part of you that has been waiting for permission to exhale. Some women come to this work because something broke. Others come because something is calling: a deeper aliveness, a truer intimacy, a more liberated self-expression, a way of moving through the world that feels less like armour and more like home. Honey & Fire is for both.
It was written for the woman who is ready to feel more, receive more, and live from something realer than the version of herself she learnt to perform.
If you are ready to let life reach you more fully, this book will find you exactly where you are.

Questions and journalling prompts to take each chapter deeper.

The music Sigrid returns to, chosen to sit alongside the book and to find your way back to yourself between chapters.

The book’s opening pages, so you can start feeling into it now.
If you have found your way to this page, there is medicine in this book for you. Trust what brought you here. I wrote this book from everything I have witnessed in over a decade of sitting with women, and recognising the deep yearning most of us carry to set the armour down and learn to hold ourselves with deeper reverence instead. From the years I spent striving, performing and never letting mine slip, while something essential in me waited for permission to fully exhale. And from the moments life finally opened me wide enough to dare let it in.
These pages are for feeling what you have been managing rather than fully experiencing. For receiving what you have been deflecting or judging. For living from the inside out, rather than the outside in.
The stories shared here will speak to you in some way, and the processes and questions I offer you will invite you to go even deeper into embracing any parts of you that were once forgotten.
Let each chapter land in your body, and savour whatever it moves within you.
With — fierce — love,
The woman who became the strong one, the steady one, or the one who shape-shifts to keep the room comfortable.
With Honey & Fire, Sigrid names the patterns most women carry but rarely speak: over-functioning, bracing, people pleasing, and the slow forgetting of who we were before we learnt to be what felt “safe.”
In a world full of books promising quick fixes, this one offers a path of remembrance. A return to your body, your true essence, and the part of you that was never meant to live armoured.
To integrate honey and fire is to embody softness with a backbone.
Sensitivity with discernment. Openness with self-respect. It is to become, at long last, fully available for your own life again.
What would it feel like to be even more available for your own life?
Sigrid learnt to armour up the way most of us do: early, and without noticing.
Born in Barcelona, with her early years spent between the Dominican Republic and the Mediterranean, Sigrid grew up immersed in nature, Caribbean warmth, and a life that felt full of possibility, until she began the long process of learning to protect herself from the world. What followed were years of high achievement, hyper-independence, emotional camouflage, and eventually a growing hunger for something she could not yet name.
In her early twenties, that hunger finally became impossible to ignore and led her to quit her corporate job and move to Australia. What began as a search for relief from a pain she could no longer outrun became a deep initiation into somatic work, shamanic healing, and the beginning of a calling she has never stopped answering.
Sigrid is an Embodiment Teacher, Trauma-Informed Somatic Facilitator and Author. For over a decade, she has guided thousands of people across the world through private mentorship, group programs, international retreats, and transformational spaces that bring forth what she calls Embodied Remembrance.
Some refer to her as a tuning fork: someone who sees clearly, and invites deeper coherence... Above all, she is a lifelong student of life, of love, the body, and what it truly means to live fiercely soft.
